We now have policies and forms for providing content to KCCTV! Go to: Google Documents - KCCTV Forms and policies to find a user agreement, public announcement request form, and a program playback request form. Forms can be submitted to koochcctv@gmail.com or dropped off in the Backus office during their business hours. Please notify us if you have problems accessing this document.
